Shipping policy

Please note that some non-branded products and accessories may be shipped directly from our suppliers, and delivery times may vary. These items may arrive separately from the rest of your order.

Most products are shipped using Australia Post. Products marked with a “Fast Delivery” badge on the product page indicate items that ship from our local warehouse and are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes are dependent on Australia Post transit times once dispatched.

If your complete order has not arrived within a reasonable delivery timeframe, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@glitchd.com.au and our team will be happy to assist.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post standard or express delivery rates, depending on your selected shipping option and delivery location. Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch.

Deliveries to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands – postcode 6799 – may take significantly longer and, in some cases, up to 6–8 weeks via Australia Post.

Please be aware that nominating a business address as your delivery address grants signature authority to any person at that address. Due to the nature of deliveries to business locations, reception or mailrooms may sign for parcels on behalf of recipients. If your order is delivered and signed for at a business address, Glitchd will not accept responsibility for any parcel that is lost or damaged thereafter. For high-value orders, we strongly recommend using a residential address to ensure delivery is received by an authorised recipient.
